100-Day Guarantee
Hawley Inspections supplies an internal 100-day guarantee that starts the day of the closing for the HVAC system, plumbing fixtures, stove(s), dishwasher(s), garbage disposal, and water heater.
For any or all of these items to be covered, they must have been operating properly and inspected on the day of the inspection. The guarantee will pay up to a total of $1500.00 in repairs between all items combined and will not exceed $1500.00 in payouts.
If an item was not operating properly during the inspection or not tested because of no gas or electricity, inaccessible weather, etc. it will not be covered by the guarantees.
Hawley Inspections supplies a 1-year guarantee on all sewer lateral inspections against breaks, collapses, and separation in the sewer line between the foundation wall and the city main.
To qualify for the warranty, a sewer lateral inspection must have been completed, and the sewer line must have been 100 percent defect free at the time of the sewer lateral inspection. The guarantee does not cover improper materials of any kind being put into any of the sewer drain lines.
200% Satisfaction Guarantee - if you are not 100% satisfied with your inspection, notify Hawley Inspections within 48 hours of your scheduled inspection time that you were not satisfied and why! Hawley Inspections will reimburse the cost of the home inspection, and pay another state-licensed InterNACHI or ASHI Certified Home Inspector (of the client’s choosing) up to the cost of the home inspection to do the inspection for you.
